Returns Policy

Hey, hopefully you're here for curiosity / confimation and not to return your socks...
I just wanted to say that we really care about your experience the most, we are relatively new to the sock game, but Sheldon & I truly want to create the best sock company in the world, and we cannot do it without feedback on how we can improve from the people who love our socks.

Please, if you notice anything you don't like about our socks or have any quality issues, please let us know so that we can fix them asap for everyone!

So do you need to Make a Return?

Get in touch with our myself at tialyn@clipsocks.com or simply fill out the form below within 7 days of receiving your ClipSocks. 

We're happy to exchange, refund, or provide a credit for any of the following:

  • Ordered the incorrect size
  • Poor quality or manufacturing faults Straight out of the box or within 1 wear of the product. (This does not include misuse / miswear. Please read the care instructions for details)

We do ask that you cover shipping back to us, if you want to send it back, but you may as well keep just keep them and not worry about a change over and if we are replacing them for manufactured faults, then we'll simply ship out a fresh pair, if the evidence is clear that it is our manufacturing fault, otherwise we'll ask for you to return them if you don't provide enough evidence.
