1. Order Processing:

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment verification.
  • Customized or made-to-order items may require additional processing time.

2. Shipping Rates and Times:

  • We offer free shipping with all of our products shipped in Australia, for overseas orders we will need to charge sn additional fee as we are charged Extra for these orders. 
  • Estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of purchase.

3. Free Shipping:

  • Clip Socks Company offers free standard shipping on orders over a specified amount. Please refer to our website for the current threshold.
  • We aim to add expedited shipping in the near future
  • We charge an extra small fee for international shipping.

4. Shipping Locations:

  • We currently ship from and to/within Australia
  • We ship globally from our warehouse in Brisbane so delivery times are to be considered.
  • As soon as we can we will be opening warehouses in the US and Europe for faster deliveries.

5. Order Tracking:

  • Once your order is shipped, and the courier sends us the tracking information, you will receive a confirmation email with that tracking information.
  • Use the provided tracking number to monitor your order's status and estimated delivery date.

6. Shipping Delays:

  • While we strive to deliver on time, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, carrier delays, large order numbers etc.) may cause delays in shipping. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
  • We will update our Instagram with details regarding large stock issues.

7. Shipping Address:

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete to prevent any delays or misdelivery.
  • Clip Socks Company is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • In the unfortunate event of a lost or stolen package, please contact the carrier and file a claim.
  • Clip Socks Company is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they are marked as delivered by the carrier.
